How do I get a 10% discount on the
goods ordered?
- All of our mailing list subscribers are eligible for a 10%
discount on their first order with Budostuff. No
time limit.
- To be eligible for the 10% discount and other bonuses you need
to subscribe to our mailing list and confirm your willingness
to receive emails from us.
- The 10% discount does not apply to shipping costs and is not
applicable in conjunction with any other offer on our mailing
list.

Do you give any
other discounts or bonuses?
Yes we do! Once you place your first order and get
your 10% discount for subcribing to your mailing list you will be
eligible to take advantage of all the offers we provide exclusively
to our mailing list members.
We send out emails every now and then (no more than
twice/three times a month) with special offers including discounts,
and freebies which are exclusive to members of our mailing list.
So what do you have to do?
- subscribe to our mailing list,
- place your first order and receive a 10% discount and a free
furoshiki wrap (furoshiki for hakama and gi orders only).
- take advantege of all the discounts offered exlusively to our
mailing list members thereafter.
NOTE. Remember, unlike the 10% discount wich has no
time limit, we need to receive your order and payment within the
specified time frame for the special offers on our mailing list.

What can I expect to get by
subscribing to the Budostuff mailing list?
- A 10% discount on your first offer (not applicable to shipping
nor with any other offer).
- Free furoshiki wrap.
- Exclusive offers for discounts and freebies.
- Short articles about cultural events happening in Japan, such
as festivals, martial arts shows, historical sites and much more.
- You'll be the first to be informed about new items that become
available on our site and automatically be eligible for introductory
offer discounts.
- Our mailing list members can expect no more than two/three emails
a month, averaged over one year, with short articles and/or some
sort of special offer.
- Complete privacy with respect to all your personal details that
you provide through our website.
- You have the freedom to unsubscribe at any time you like.

How do I place an
order?
Its really quite simple. Here's what to do:
- Subscribe to our mailing list to get a 10% discount
on your first order and be eligible for discounts in the future.
- Select the items that interest you by adding them to the cart.
- In the shopping cart select the region of the world where you
are to calculate shipping costs and then proceed to checkout.
- Provide your contact and shipping details by opening an account
with us or simply log into your account if you aready have one.
- You will receive an email with the details of your order. If
you do not receive a copy of your order details, then you most
likely made a typo when writing your email address and we have
no way of contacting you. Please change your details by logging
into your account. Check that your postal address is correct,
accurate and complete.
- Make your payment. You can choose either (a) credit
card through our secure SSL system (b) use PayPal
(c) Direct
Citibank Transfer or (d) International
Postal Money Order.
If you do not yet have an account with PayPal you can open
one for free by clicking here.
- You will receive another email the day when the goods are sent
to the address you provided in the order form so that you know
they're on their way.
- You should receive your Japanese goods within 3-4 working days
of shipping! Please confirm that you received your order. If you
do not receive your goods within 10 days of shipping please contact
us immediately.
- Please allow up to 4 or more weeks for processing custom orders.
Standard orders are usually shipped within 2 weeks of payment
finalisation. Please note that our hakama are usually made to
order to fit your girth as well as your height so please allow
up to 3 weeks for processing.
- Clients are responisble for the costs and appropriate package
of items returned to Budostuff for any reason.
- Budostuff is not responsible for any customs or duty charges.
By ordering at Budostuff you agree to cover any necessary charges
imposed by customs in your country.

What forms of payment
do you accept?
You can pay in one of three ways for the goods that you order from
Budostuff:
(a) Cedit
card through our secure SSL system
(b) PayPal
(c) Direct
Bank Transfer (Citibank) or
(d) International
Postal Money Order.

Do
I get 100% guarantee?
Our martial arts equipment and clothing come with 100%
satisfaction guarantee, or your money back, no questions
asked! You have one month to try out our training gear and if for
any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the training
gear just send it back and we will refund your money for your order.
This guarantee does not include instances where you have placed
an incorrect order (e.g. wrong size, or colour, or colour
of embroidery, or the text for embroidery etc.). Please note that
equipment with embroidery is not subject to returns or exchange.
Gadgets are NOT covered by this guarantee.
We guarantee 100% protection of all your personal details that
you provide because we value your privacy. Not a single peace of
information supplied by you will be provided to a third party or
used for advertising, or any other purposes without your prior approval.

How do you ship your
goods from Japan?
Our standard method of postage is EMS courier.
You can expect to receive you goods within 3-5 working days from
the date of postage. NB. Other forms of shipping are also possible,
including normal air mail (for packages under 2kg, approx 3/4 of
the cost of EMS and delivery takes 1-2 weeks). Surface mail is the
cheapest form of postage and takes approximately 2 months. In case
of air or surface postage we do not take responsibility for the
delivery and will only use this form of postage on special request
by the customer. Please note that shipping costs are not subject
to the 10% discount, or any other discounts, unless specified otherwise.
