IMPORTANT NOTE 1!
We strongly advise that you make your transfer FROM Citibank in your
country to our citibank in Japan. Making a bank transfer FROM a bank
other than citibank will result in hidden charges (~ 25 USD) because
banks normally use an intermediate bank for international transfers
without bothering to inform you about it! Please be warned that Banks
often do not give this information even if asked.

When you fill in the bank wire form you MUST select the "OUR" option
for CHARGES. Ask the bank clerk for assistance if you are not sure:
"please take all charges including ones of intermediary bank from my
account".

We CANNOT process your order if we receive a reduced
payment because an intermediate bank collected a fee.

NOTE 2!
It often takes quite some time for bank transfers to be completed,
and even longer before the bank makes it available so please make
sure to inform us by email that you have made the transaction so we
can monitor our bank account for the arrival of your payment.
